The Online Exhibitor Service (USO – Utställarservice Online) is a service that helps you plan prior to your presence at the fair. As soon as you have booked an exhibitor area, you will get a personal code that you then use for logging into and using the Online Exhibitor Service. The sooner you as exhibitor enter details of your stand, products, deals to be presented at the fair and invite your customers to visit, the greater the exposure you will achieve and the greater the likelihood of your participation in the fair being successful.

Tips for making sure your participation in the fair is successful!

On average, visitors to EuroHorse attend 13–14 stands, so what you do to ensure visitors make for precisely your stand is absolutely critical!

We work hard to make it easier for you. Things you might already start considering are:

 

Stand activities – what kinds of interesting activities will you present at your stand?

Examples are competitions, give-aways, autograph-signing, the product range on offer, VIP offers on a first-come-first-served basis. We’ll be pleased to help you come up with ideas.

 

Invite your customers!

A large proportion of our visitors are there because they were invited by exhibitors. Make sure you market your presence at EuroHorse at an early stage and that you invite your customers in newsletters, on your website, via social media etc.

 

Deals and the product range

60% of our visitors come because of the product range you have on offer and the deals you provide! Prepare the product range you want to offer at the fair at an early stage. We will market it for you via our app, on the EuroHorse website, in the visitor guide and on our social media. So, the earlier you enter this in USO, the greater the exposure and marketing you will automatically obtain.
