You are a visitor attending an event as a private individual
In connection with the purchase of a ticket or seminar admission card, we collect name, title, address, mobile number, e-mail address and interests. We do this in order to be able to offer as comprehensive an experience at the event as possible. We process your information with automatic data processing to give you access to the services offered by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Gothia Towers.

You will receive:
– Confirmation by email, text or mail
– Possibly an invoice by mail or e-mail
– An e-mail with information about the event
– An e-mail with market research about the event
– A newsletter about the current edition of the event
– A newsletter about the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre’s Lifestyle exhibitions

How long do we keep your information?
Personal data is retained for a year, during which time we also inform you about the next edition of the event. You can always unsubscribe from receiving information from the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Gothia Towers; you can also specify which information you wish to receive. You can do this by sending a mail to [email protected]. After one year, you will receive an e-mail asking you if you wish to renew, and agree that we may continue to keep your personal details to send you further information, offers and newsletters.

Photography and video recording
Photography and video recording will take place at the exhibition. As a participant, and upon the acceptance of our terms and conditions, you consent to being photographed and filmed and agree that the results may be published on the Internet and used in the marketing of the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers and its events. The material can also be used by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers’ exhibitors and partners. These images and films will be used responsibly by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers, and inappropriate, discriminatory or offensive images will be deleted.
You can find our films and photos on the exhibition’s website and Facebook page and are welcome to share these during and after the exhibition.
