Regarding bag ban at EuroHorse 2025
For those exhibiting at EuroHorse.We will follow the Police Authority’s guidelines applicable during the period when EuroHorse takes place. Currently, a total bag ban is in effect at major events. This means that visitors are not allowed to bring any type of bag, handbag, backpack, tote bag, or sack to the Gothenburg Horse Show. EuroHorse is organised concurrently with the Gothenburg Horse Show and is therefore also subject to the ban on bags at larger events. Exceptions are made for individuals who, for medical reasons, need a bag, as well as individuals with children who need a diaper bag.
However, when visitors shop inside the fair, bags and sacks with purchased items can be brought into Scandinavium via the passage between the arena and the fair area. Please note that if visitors exit through any of the entrances, purchased bags/sacks cannot be brought back in.
Please note that the bag ban does not apply to exhibitors, staff, accredited individuals, or competition participants.
FAQ
How do I, as an exhibitor, bring my belongings in?
Exhibitors are not affected by the bag ban. You can bring in bags and sacks, but all exhibitors need to be able to show their exhibitor card at the entrances.
Do I need to provide identification?
If the exhibitor card is collected on-site, identification is required.
I am participating as an exhibitor, will I need to be searched when entering?
No, we will not have any searches on-site.
We are several people who will staff the booth, can everyone bring bags?
Yes, everyone with an exhibitor card can bring bags.
We want more exhibitor cards, can we get them?
In the web tool Exhibitor Service Online, it is stated how many exhibitor cards are included for your booth. If you need more, you can add them for an additional cost.
